Hotel Childcare Services

Easy

Hotel-Room based care at your convenience.

Our in-room childcare service provides families staying in Cartagena’s hotels with safe, reliable, and bilingual care right in the comfort of their room. Each of our professional nannies is fully insured, trained in Child First-Aid & CPR, and experienced in caring for children of all ages.

Whether parents are attending an event, enjoying dinner, or simply need a few hours to relax, our caregivers create a calm, engaging environment filled with age-appropriate activities, books, and games. We follow each family’s preferences, bedtime routines, and dietary guidelines to ensure children feel comfortable and cared for just like at home.

1. Professional Bilingual Nanny
A trained, insured, and bilingual (Spanish–English) caregiver who arrives early, in uniform, and ready to provide attentive care that meets hotel and hospitality standards.

2. Personalized Childcare Setup
Each service is tailored to the child’s age and routine. We bring a selection of books, toys, games, and quiet activities to create a warm, familiar environment within the room.

3. Routine and Comfort
We follow each family’s bedtime schedule, meal or snack times, and any specific instructions provided by the parents. Our caregivers take the time to learn about allergies, special needs, and preferences before beginning the service.
